Buval UI is a library of user interface components built on a well-known new framework, namely: Vue.js, Buefy and Bulma as framework design. Buval has 5 core principles: 1. Keep it simple, 2. Keep it light, 3. Keep it consistent, 4. Rich features, and 5. Only used by Apolokak Lab.

This documentation assumes you know the basics of Vue.js, if you're not comfortable with it yet, it's probably not the best idea to learn from here as your first step — learn the basics then come back. Vue.js website is the best source for you to start with.
